TAA Contract Information

Below are links to the collective bargaining agreements between the State of Wisconsin and the Teaching Assistants' Association (TAA).

TAA Contract (November 7, 2009 - June 30, 2009)

Please note that the dates on the cover of the current contract (November 7, 2009 - June 30, 2009) are correct. While the Agreement was ultimately entered into on November 7, 2009, the contract period terminated retroactively on June 30, 2009. However, the State and TAA have mutually agreed to extend the terms of the Agreement until a new contract is negotiated.

Please note: Under the terms of the Agreement, departments are responsible for delivering the contracts to their Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Program/Project Assistants (PAs) at the time they receive their appointment letters.
