Graduate School Policies for Program/Project Assistant Recruitment

Departments are required to recruit for PA positions. Positions should be announced on the student job center website as well as posted on a department bulletin board. A determined interview procedure should follow.

Note: Positions that are continuing or part of a funding package do not have to be posted. RAs do not have this requirement since they are not considered employees.
