ID's For Retirees

Pam Bauman in APO processes applications for UW> ID's and continued emails for all retirees that do not request emeritus status.

How to request ID:

Give the following information to Pam Bauman (3-2511):

1. Name of retiree
2. Social Security Number of retiree
3. Date of birth
4. Gender
5. Permanent home address
6. Let her know if retiree wants his/her permanent home addressed released (for purposes of future directory)
   
   

If retiree is not requesting emeritus status, department should request retirement certificates through CALS Human Resources.
