Additional Review Required – CPBR RFP for 2014 Competitions

The Consortium for Plan Biotechnology Research (CPBR) has issued their 2014 request for proposals and code of conduct agreements. There are many complexities within this funding call that raise concerns for the best interests of our PIs and co-PIs, and that must be resolved before CALS and the University are able to sign off an any submission in response to this RFP.
It is very important that we have the opportunity to discuss this with PIs as early as possible and well before they proceed with any submission.
If you are aware that any PIs in your department or center are considering submission of a pre-proposal in response to this opportunity (deadline for pre-proposals is December 14, 2012), please ask them to contact Rebecca Bound in the CALS Research Division as soon as possible at 265-8443 or rbound@cals.wisc.edu
