• Program Description

  It is time to nominate colleagues for the 2013 CALS faculty, academic staff and classified staff awards. All awards will be presented on April 24th at 3 p.m. in the Ebling Symposium Center. Awards for faculty:

  • Pound Extension Award
  • Pound Research Award
  • Spitze Land Grant Faculty Award for Excellence
  Awards for either faculty or academic staff include:
  • International Award
  • J.S. Donald Short Course Teaching Award
  • Jung Excellence in Teaching Award; Spitzer Excellence in Teaching Award; WALSAA Outstanding Advisor Award; and Arthur J. Maurer Extra Mile Award (Note: Candidates for the Maurer Extra Mile Award must be nominated by students.)
  Awards for classified staff
  • Classified Staff Recognition Awards
  Awards for academic staff
  • Academic Staff Excellence Awards (one each for research, teaching and service)
