• Program Description

  This cooperative solicitation allows interested individuals to prepare project proposals that can be submitted to several different funding sources simultaneously and eliminates the need to submit similar proposals several times for different solicitation efforts.
  
  Funding is available for new and continuing monitoring or research to meet specific agency needs or objectives. Up to $331,000 may be available for new efforts in the FY 14 Wisconsin Groundwater Research & Monitoring Program, and up to $72,000 may be available for new efforts in the FY 13 USGS 104(B) Research Grants Program.
  
  This year, the solicitation includes two separate programmatic requests:

  1. The Wisconsin Groundwater Research and Monitoring Program covering project proposals for funding in the state fiscal year 2014 (FY 14) beginning July 1, 2013
  2. The USGS 104(B) Research Grants Program from the University of Wisconsin Water Resources Institute covering project proposals on climate change for funding in the federal fiscal year 2013 (FY 13) beginning March 1, 2013.
