The Coral Reef Conservation Fund supports the restoration of damaged reef systems and prevents further negative impacts through both on-the-water and up-the-watershed projects. It was created to address the alarming decline in both the quantity and quality of the world’s coral reef ecosystems. The US Coral Reef Task Force Partnership Initiative provides grant funding to build local capacity and support for projects that will help restore natural resources in the Guanica/Rio Loco watershed in Puerto Rico.
