Each Leadership in Aging Fellowship provides two years of support to junior academics to focus on a project that will help establish them in an area of aging research. The Fellowship is open to a broad range of disciplines including, but not limited to, medical, biological and basic sciences, nursing, social sciences, the arts and humanities. We seek candidates who: (1) display leadership potential; (2) demonstrate an ongoing commitment to a career in aging; (3) have support from a mentor (or mentors); (4) and will commit at least 75% of his or her time for career development during each of the two years of the Fellowship.
