In odd calendar years (2011, 2013, etc) the BSF supports research projects in the following broad areas: 1) Biomedical Engineering 2)Health Sciences 3)Life Sciences (including Plant & Animal Sciences but excluding Ecology and Systematic Biology) 4)Psychology (excluding Education) Applications must involve active cooperation between scientists of both countries. Therefore, prior to submission of applications, prospective applicants must complete the cooperative arrangements necessary for the presentation of a joint application.
