WPVGA Field Day Tour
Sponsored by the Wisconsin Potato & Vegetable Growers Association, the annual potato field day tour is a popular event. Get the latest potato research updates from University of Wisconsin-Madison faculty and see our research trials on the wagon tour. The day will conclude with great barbecue and a cool beverage. Midwest Food Processor Association Field Day
A number of seed companies will hold corn and bean trials over these two days and you are welcome to tour the demonstration fields on your own either day. The Haltvick meeting will occur on August 9 from noon to 1:30pm. Lunch will be served at noon with the meeting following.

AR Albert & Villetta Hawley-Albert Horticulture Garden Open House
The 2012 Open House is sponsored by area Master Gardener groups. Visit our ponds and babbling brook. Come enjoy our sensory garden, square foot garden and many other new additions to the garden. The event hours are 4pm to 7pm.

Potato Variety Harvest Expo
The SpudPro Committee is looking for your feedback on varieties that should be selected for breeding advancement. Visit the Storage Research Facility at the Hancock Agricultural Research Station anytime from 8am to 430pm on Oct 24 & 25 to cast your vote for new red, processing russet, fresh russet and chipping potatoes that you would like to see selected for advancement.
