Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown in color with moderate russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong to long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth to raised; bud and stem end are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate growth cracks
Hancock: moderate misshaped tubers
Spooner: minor surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 10% internal brown spot; 30% stem end discoloration
Hancock: none noteworthy
Spooner: 10% brown center
