Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium to dark brown color with moderate to heavy russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong/long to long in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered to blocky ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are intermediate to shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate misshaped tubers and moderate growth cracks
Hancock: minor misshaped tubers and moderate stolons attached
Spooner: none noteworthy
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 65% hollow heart; 15% vascular discoloration
Hancock: 60% hollow heart
Spooner: 10% hollow heart
