Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown in color with moderate russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong/long in length; oblong in cross section; pointed/tapered to tapered ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate growth cracks; moderate misshaped tubers; severe enlarged lenticels
Hancock: minor growth cracks; minor stolons attached
Spooner: not planted at Spooner
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 30% vascular discoloration; 35% stem end discoloration
Hancock: none noteworthy
