Skin Color and Texture:  medium red color with lightly netted skin; color and skin texture can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: round/oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; stem end is smooth to shallow; bud end is shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor stolons attached; moderate surface scab
Hancock: moderate to severe skinning; moderate stolons attached
Muck: moderate surface scab; moderate scurf
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
