Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium to dark brown in color with moderate to heavy russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: long in length and oblong in cross section; tapered to tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem end are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is slightly rough to smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate misshaped tubers
Hancock: minor misshaped tubers
Spooner: minor surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 25% stem end discoloration
Hancock: 20% hollow heart; 7% stem end discoloration
Spooner: none noteworthy
