Shape:

oblong/long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is slightly rough to smooth

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

minor growth cracks; minor misshaped tubers

Hancock:

moderate surface scab
