Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown color with moderate russet; color and russet can be slightly variable
Shape: oblong/long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is slightly rough to smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor growth cracks; minor misshaped tubers
Hancock: minor growth cracks; minor misshaped tubers
Spooner: moderate surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 5% brown center; 24% hollow heart; 10% stem end discoloration
Hancock: 27%hollow heart
Spooner: none noteworthy
