Shape:

round to round/oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture can be smooth to slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

minor stolons attached; moderate surface scab

Hancock:

minor stolons attached; moderate pitted scab

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

10% internal brown spot; 20% vascular discoloration; 15% stem end discoloration

Hancock:

7% internal brown spot
