Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium red color with lightly netted to netted skin; skin color can be slightly variable; skin texture can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth to shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor pitted scab; minor stolons attached; minor scurf
Hancock: minor pitted scab; minor scurf
Muck: none noteworthy
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 10% internal brown spot; 10% vascular discoloration
Hancock: 20% vascular discoloration
Muck: none noteworthy
