Shape:

round to round/oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to intermediate; stem end is shallow; bud end is intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough
