Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown color with netted skin; color and net can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: round to round/oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to intermediate; stem end is shallow; bud end is intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate surface scab
Hancock: moderate growth cracks; moderate enlarged lenticels
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 10% stem end discoloration
Hancock: 15% brown center; 10% vascular discoloration; 15% stem end discoloration
