Skin Color and Texture:  light to medium brown color with light net; color and net can be slightly variable
Shape: round to round/oblong in length; round/oblong to oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor stolons attached; minor Rhizoctonia
Hancock: minor pitted scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 30% brown center; 30% hollow heart
Hancock: 15% vascular discoloration; 20% stem end discoloration
