Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium red color with lightly netted skin; color and skin texture can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: round to oblong in length; oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to intermediate; bud and stem ends are shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately variable
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: minor stolons attached; severe surface scab; minor skinning
Muck: minor stolons attached
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: 20% stem end discoloration
Muck: 50% brown center
