Skin Color and Texture:  medium to dark brown with moderate to heavy russet; color can be moderately variable; russet can be moderately to highly variable
Shape: oblong to oblong/long in shape; round/oblong to oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth; bud and stem ends are smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth to very smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor elephant hide
Hancock: minor growth cracks
Spooner: moderate growth cracks
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 30% internal brown spot; 60% stem end discoloration
Hancock: 40% vascular discoloration
Spooner: none noteworthy
