Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  dark red color with netted skin; color is very uniform to slightly variable; skin texture is slightly to moderately variable
Shape: round/oblong in length; round/oblong to oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky in color; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor stolons attached
Hancock: minor stolons attached; minor scurf
Muck: moderate scurf
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
