medium to dark red color with netted skin; color can be slightly variable; skin texture can be slightly to moderately variable

Shape:

round/oblong in length; round/oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are smooth to shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

moderate scurf

Hancock:

minor growth cracks; minor stolons attached; minor pitted scab

Muck:

moderate scurf

Internal Defects, 2005:
