Skin Color and Texture:  dark brown color with heavy russet; color can be slightly variable; russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong/long to long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered to tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: Eyes are smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate growth cracks; moderate misshaped tubers
Hancock: severe surface scab; severe pitted scab
Spooner: moderate surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 10% hollow heart; 
Hancock: 17% hollow heart
Spooner: none noteworthy
