Skin Color and Texture:

light to medium brown color with lightly netted to netted skin; color and net can be moderately variable

Shape:

round/oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are smooth to shallow; stem end is shallow to intermediate; bud end is intermediate; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

moderate Rhizoctonia

Hancock:

minor stolons attached; moderate enlarged lenticels

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

5% brown center; 5% hollow heart

Hancock:

10% vascular discoloration
