light to medium brown color with moderate russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable

Shape:

long in length; oblong in cross section; pointed/tapered to tapered ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to intermediate in depth; bud and stem ends are smooth to shallow; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

severe misshaped tubers; moderate pitted scab

Hancock:

moderate misshaped tubers; severe pitted scab

Spooner:

none noteworthy

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

15% brown center; 15% hollow heart; 50% internal discoloration
