Shape: oblong/long to oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered to tapered/blocky ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth to raised; bud and stem ends are smooth to shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy 
Hancock: moderate misshaped tubers; severe surface scab; severe pitted scab
Spooner: moderate surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
