Shape:

round to round/oblong in length; round/oblong inn cross section; blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow, bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

moderate growth cracks;

minor surface scab; moderate skinning

Muck:

moderate growth cracks; moderate scurf
