Skin Color and Texture:  medium red with lightly netted skin; color can be slightly to moderately variable; skin texture can be slightly variable
Shape: round/oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: severe skinning
Hancock: minor surface scab; minor pitted scab; moderate scurf; moderate skinning
Muck: none noteworthy
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: 20% stem end discoloration
Muck: 5% hollow heart; 10% vascular discoloration; 15% stem end discoloration
