round/oblong in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
