Skin Color and Texture:  medium red with netted skin; color and skin texture can be slightly variable
Shape: round in length; round/oblong in cross section; blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are smooth to shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate stolons attached; moderate scurf
Hancock: moderate stolons attached; severe surface scab
Muck: moderate stolons attached; moderate scurf
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: 20% stem end discoloration
Muck: none noteworthy
