Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  pink to medium red color with lightly netted skin; color can be slightly to moderately variable; skin texture can be slightly variable
Shape: round/oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are intermediate; bud and stem ends are intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate scurf
Hancock: moderate surface scab
Muck: none noteworthy
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 10% brown center
Hancock: 10% vascular discoloration
