Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown color with medium to heavy russet; color can be slightly variable; russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong/long to long in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered to tapered/blocky ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: minor stolons attached
Spooner: minor stolons attached; moderate surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy (50% hollow heart in 2002)
Hancock: 30% hollow heart (50% hollow heart in 2002; 10% hollow heart in 2001)
Spooner: 10% hollow heart (25% hollow heart in 2002; 65% hollow heart in 2001)
