Skin Color and Texture:  medium brown with moderate russet; color and russet can be moderately variable
Shape: long length; oblong cross section; pointed/tapered to tapered ends; shape can be moderately to highly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to raised; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture can be slightly to moderately rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate misshaped tubers
Hancock: moderate misshaped tubers
Spooner: none noteworthy
Internal Defects:
Antigo: 20% internal brown spot; 15% stem end discoloration
