Tuber Appearance, 2005:
Skin Color and Texture:  medium to dark brown in color with medium to heavy russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor growth cracks; minor misshaped tubers; minor surface scab
Hancock: none noteworthy
Spooner: moderate surface scab
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 20% hollow heart
Hancock: 27% hollow heart
Spooner: 10% vascular discoloration
