light to medium brown color with moderate russet; color and russet slightly to moderately variable

Shape:

long in length; oblong in cross section; pointed/tapered to tapered ends; shape can be moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to intermediate; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture can be moderately variable

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

minor pitted scab

Hancock:

moderate misshaped tubers; moderate pitted scab

Spooner:

minor surface scab

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

20% internal brown spot; 20% vascular discoloration; 15% stem end discoloration
