oblong/long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is smooth to slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

moderate surface scab; minor misshaped tubers

Hancock:

minor surface scab

Internal Defects, 2005:

20% internal brown spot; 15% vascular discoloration; 40% stem end discoloration
