Skin Color and Texture:  medium to dark brown color with moderate to heavy russet; color and russet can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong/long to long in length; oblong in cross section; tapered to tapered/blocky ends; shape can be moderately variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; bud and stem ends are shallow; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor misshaped tubers
Hancock: none noteworthy
Spooner: moderate growth cracks
Internal Defects:
Antigo: 10% internal brown spot; 15% stem end discoloration
