Skin Color and Texture:  dark red color with lightly netted to netted skin; color can be slightly variable; skin texture can be slightly to moderately variable
Shape: oblong to oblong/long in length; oblong to oblong/flattened in cross section; tapered/blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow to smooth; bud and stem ends are shallow to smooth; overall tuber texture is smooth
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: none noteworthy
Hancock: minor misshaped tubers
Muck: none noteworthy
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 5% brown center; 5% hollow heart
Hancock: 17% stem end discoloration
Muck: none noteworthy
