light to medium brown color with lightly netted skin; color and net can be slightly variable

Shape:

round/oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow; stem end is shallow to intermediate; bud end is intermediate; overall texture is smooth to slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

minor surface scab

Hancock:

minor growth cracks; minor pitted scab

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

5% hollow heart; 20% vascular discoloration; 40% stem end discoloration

Hancock:
