Skin Color and Texture:  medium red color with lightly netted skin; color and skin texture can be slightly variable
Shape: round/oblong to oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable
Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; stem end is shallow to smooth; bud end is shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: minor growth cracks
Hancock: moderate scurf; moderate surface scab
Muck: moderate scurf
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 40% vascular discoloration
Hancock: 10% vascular discoloration; 13% stem end discoloration
Muck: 15% vascular discoloration
