Tuber Texture: eyes are shallow; stem end is shallow; bud end is shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly rough
External Tuber Defects, 2005:
Antigo: moderate surface scab; moderate shatter bruise
Hancock: minor pitted scab; moderate surface scab; severe enlarged lenticels
Internal Defects, 2005:
Antigo: 5% brown center; 5% vascular discoloration; 5% stem end discoloration
Hancock: 20% hollow heart; 10% stem end discoloration
