round/oblong in length; oblong in cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow; stem end is shallow; bud end is shallow to intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

moderate surface scab; moderate shatter bruise

Hancock:

minor pitted scab; moderate surface scab; severe enlarged lenticels

Internal Defects, 2005:
