Skin Color and Texture:

light to medium brown in color with lightly netted to netted skin; color and net can be slightly variable

Shape:

round to round/oblong in length; oblong cross section; tapered/blocky to blocky ends; shape can be slightly to moderately variable

Tuber Texture:

eyes are shallow to intermediate; bud and stem ends are intermediate; overall tuber texture is slightly to moderately rough

External Tuber Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

minor surface scab

Hancock:

minor surface scab; minor stolons attached

Internal Defects, 2005:

Antigo:

5% brown center; 20% hollow heart; 15% internal brown spot

Hancock:

7% internal brown spot; 10% stem end discoloration
