Discrimination

Federal and State law and University regulations prohibit discrimination in employment based on race, color, national origin, religion/creed, sex, pregnancy, parental status, sexual orientation, or disability.  If you, as a university employee, feel that you have been the victim of employment discrimination, complaints must be filed within 300 days of the alleged offense.  For more information, please see the Office for Equity and Diversity’s Summary of Relevant Laws, Policies & Regulations for Affirmative Action & Equal Opportunity.
