Conference Services is a division of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Located in the heart of campus, we provide a broad range of services to UW faculty and staff for planning, promoting and implementing educational outreach programs and conferences. We offer initial planning, registration, publicity and promotion, logistical planning, administrative support and full financial management of your events. Our staff is dedicated to providing high quality event management services so that your event is meaningful for your participants and as painless as possible for you, the coordinator. We realize that each event is different, with its own particular goals and unique needs. Our wide range of services allows us flexibility to tailor an event management plan as individual as your program. While many of the events that we plan occur on campus, we also work with groups holding events at other sites throughout Wisconsin and the United States.
