Mr. Uhrenholdt splendidly represents the type of pioneers who are turning the cut-over lands of upper Wisconsin into farms productive of life as well as of a living. His farming methods, from the planting of windbreak timber strips to the growing of select seed stock, have been so successful and original as to encourage much imitation.
