1920 Honorary Recognition Award

Andrew R. Potts, Potato Grower

The Potts Bill, which created the Agricultural Agent Law in Wisconsin, and which led this movement in America, was a public service the influence of which none yet can fully measure. His work as a leading potato grower and disseminator of purebred seeds has also added greatly to the betterment of farming practice.
