Has applied every effort to advance the agriculture of Barron and adjoining counties by organizing and administrating cooperative enterprises. He has rendered a distinct service to agriculture in his community and in the atate by his work in connection with the world's largest cooperative creamery at Barron, and through his labors in furthering the Wisconsin Cooperative Creameries Association.
