1927 Honorary Recognition Award
William H. Hanchett, Fruit Grower and Marketer
Was the first graduate of the Wisconsin College of Agriculture to receive honorary recognition. He has been an example to the people of his section in the better farming, better business and better living. He was instrumental in developing the Sparta Fruit Growers Association, the first of its type in the state and served the successful organization for 20 years.
