Henry A. Brace, Dairy Farmer

One of the state's most successful purebred Holstein breeders, he pioneered the field, being one of the first dairy men of Bear Valley, Richland County, Wisconsin. He has been exemplary in forming the farming habits of his community. He built the first round silo on Bear Creek, was one of the first to raise alfalfa there and was influential in starting the first Dairy Herd Improvement Association in his county.
